You must feed your pet a Snorkle Snout to claim this avatar. You can get one from the shop wizard or maybe if your lucky from Edna during one of her quests. I got mine from a Edna Quest.

If you watch a Sticks N Stones concert you will get this avatar. Go to the Concert Hall to see them.

If you want this avatar you must have a Icy Snowflake in your inventory and go to the Weather Report of Terror Mountian. Supposedly it has to be snowing.

To get this avatar you must use a Transmogrification Potion on one of your pets. The type of potion doesn't matter but lots of people think this is a glitch and will be fixed so only the Jubjub Transmogrification Potion will work.

This avatar taks ALOT of refreshing. You must have a drackonack and 2 pieces of cheese in your inventory. Try to get the cheese on either side of your Drackonack. Then hold down F5 to refresh. Check every so often to see if the Drackonack has eaten the cheese. You may also want to try vegan cheese.

This is another avatar that takes forever. You need a Blue Evil Fuzzle and you just have it play with your pet. Eventually it will shout BOO and scare your pet. This is when you get the avatar.

To get this avatar you must feed an aquatic petpet to your Jetsam. For example a Pepito.

To get this avatar you have to have 10 items with the word dung in them. You might be able to get it with less but it is easier with 10. Put all of them in your inventory and refresh until you get the avatar.

To get this avatar put the Chokato (TCG) NOT chokato in your inventory and refresh until you have the avatar.

To get this avatar you must equip the Bony Grarrl Club to your Grarrl. Currently the Bony Grarrl Club is VERY expensive.

This avatar is gotten by feeding anything with the word Skeith in it. A cheap item would be a Blue Skeith Keyring. For those who don't own Skeiths and don't know about them, Skeiths can eat anything.

This avatar is just like the I'm Smelly avatar. You need 10 items (less work but it is easier with with 10) in your inventory and refresh until you have the avatar.
Some items are:

For this avatar have all ten codestones in your inventory and refresh if needed.
The codestones are Bri, Eo, Har, Lu, Main, Mau, Orn, Tai-Kai, Vo, and Zei. This is an easy avatar. After you get the codestones sell them in your shop. They will sell quickly.

While trying to get this avatar you could loose ALOT of money. It is said you need a retired item valued over 5,000,000. Items that have worked for people are the Tiki Armour and Mystery Palm Shield. Whatever item you are using place in your inventory along with 49 other junk items. Refresh until the Pant Devil tries to steal something and while refreshing hope it isn't your expensive item he takes. Other items that might work are the the Sword of Skardsen, Meukas Snot Trail, Mystery Fruit Bowl, and the Werelupe Claw.

To get this avatar you must have the Malevolent Sentient Poogle Plushie (TCG) card in your inventory. Refresh until you get it. The MSPP is very expensive though so you might want to look for someone on the chat boards that is kind enough to loan it to you.

This avatar is a random event while playing Cellblock. There is a better chance of getting it after tournament 9 yet it is still possible to get it sooner. I got mine at tournament 10 after loosing to Haskol. If you need help with this avatar i will try and help you if you neomail me.

To get this avatar you must get a score of 900+ in Gourmet Club Bowls. This is very easy because if you type in 'shepherd' at the very first screen that comes up after it loads, it doubles your score. You know you have done it correctly because there will be clapping and the game will start.

To get this avatar you must loose to a plains lupe in Neoquest II. To find one easier change your mode to hunting. Then when you find one keep choosing do nothing for 5 seconds until he beats you. Then continue to get the avatar.

For this avatar you must get a score of 1200+ in The Castle of Eliv Thade. You get a bonus when you enter the crypt so you need about a score of 1000 before entering. To get this score keep on walking around the board. Also you might want to get a word unscrambler to help you.

To get this avatar play Grumpy Old King .I think you have to get a score over 700 and get the King to laugh histerically. The joke most people use is:

Complete 20 quests in Illusen's Glade.

Good luck getting this avatar. First you have to get the Space Faerie as a challenger. To do this redeem a rare item code. Then you must beat them in the battledome. Make sure you have a really strong pet for this because she has a difficulty of 450!

This is a random event while doing one of Edna's Quests.

To get this avatar have a gruslen attached to your pet for 100+ days then go to that pet's lookup.

To get this avatar you must have a Mazzew equipped to your pet for 250+ days then go to that pet's lookup.

To get this avatar you must have a Snowbunny that is 365+ days old then go to that pet's lookup. I can't wait until I get the avatar. It seems like forever.

To get this avatar you must have a Slorg equipped to your pet for 100+ days then go to that pet's lookup.

Well if you are lucky enough to own a Mootix then you are half way there. For the second half you must refresh alot until it attaches itself to one of your petpets. Be careful though because the mootx is open to being stolen, turned to a pile of sludge,etc. Then go to that pet's lookup (the one that has the petpet with the Mootix) and refresh until you get the avatar. Once the Mootix is attached it won't come off and if you remove the petpet the Mootix will dissapear so be careful.

Just equip an Angelpuss to your active pet then go to your quick refrence page and the avatar should be given without notcie.

To get this avatar equip a Meowclops to your pet and go to your quick refrence page and refresh if needed.

This is a random event while going about neopets. Sloth has to deem you 'worthy' to use his image on the neoboards.

To get this you have to have the same amount of neopoints as Adam and visit the About Us page.

To get this avatar you must feed a Coconut Cocktail to your Coconut Jubjub. The only way to get a Coconut Jubjub is by the lab ray or a fountian faerie quest.

This avatar is super rare but super cool. First you need a Pea Chia. Then if that wasnt enough attach a super attack pea to it. Good luck getting it!
